Fees and Session Information
I believe in being clear and transparent about practical arrangements so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis, offering the stability, regularity and momentum needed for meaningful therapeutic work. There is sometimes the opportunity to work fortnightly but these sessions are limited and not always available.
Whether we meet face to face in Ruislip or online, you will receive the same dedicated, confidential, and professional support throughout our time together.
In-Person & Online Sessions
£85 per 50-minute session
Cancellation Policy: I ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. If notice is not provided, the full fee is chargeable.

Starting therapy can feel like a major step, and finding the right therapist is essential. To help you make the best decision for yourself, I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone call.
This is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to talk through what is bringing you to counselling, ask any questions about how I work, and see whether working together feels comfortable and right for you.
Therapy Room & Location in Ruislip
Face-to-face sessions take place in a quiet, welcoming, and discreet private therapy room located at:
1a Ickenham Road, Ruislip, HA4 7BT
The practice is conveniently located with easy access from surrounding areas including Ickenham, Pinner, Rickmansworth, Northwood, Northwood Hills, and Hatch End.
In-Person Hours:
• Thursday: 13:00 – 19:00 (last session at 18:00)
• Friday: 15:00 – 18:00 (last session at 17:00)
Online Counselling Across the UK
If travelling to an in-person appointment is difficult due to health conditions, fatigue, busy schedules, or location, online counselling offers an effective and comfortable alternative.
Sessions take place via secure, confidential video link. You can connect from your own home, office, or any private space where you feel safe and relaxed.
