Warm, collaborative, and integrative counselling tailored to your personal journey.
My Approach
A Personal, Grounded Way of Working
Every person comes to counselling with their own unique story, challenges, and experiences. Because of this, I do not believe in rigid, textbook packages or one-size-fits-all therapy.
I combine lived experience and professional training to help you make sense of your feelings and find healthy ways of coping. Clients describe our work together as compassionate, grounded, and validating; a calm place to come and be completely honest without feeling judged. We work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, focusing on the areas of your life that matter most right now.
My Therapeutic Approach
Blending modalities to support you holistically and at your own pace.

Flexible Therapy: In-Person & Online
Finding the right therapeutic setting is an essential part of feeling at ease. I offer face-to-face sessions from a quiet, dedicated practice room on Ickenham Road in Ruislip, within easy reach for clients across Ickenham, Pinner, Rickmansworth, Northwood, Northwood Hills, and Hatch End.
If meeting in person is not convenient, I also provide online counselling via secure video link across the UK. Remote therapy offers the same depth, confidentiality, and warmth as in-person sessions, allowing you to engage in counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
How it Works
Initial Consultation
We begin with a free, brief telephone call to talk through what you are looking for, answer any questions, and see how we can best work together.
Ongoing Sessions
We meet securely online or in person for 50-minute sessions each week, working safely at your own pace to explore your challenges and what might be holding you back.
Meaningful Outcomes
You leave therapy with a clearer understanding of yourself, healthier coping strategies, and the practical tools you need to move forward confidently.
How This Approach Helps You
My approach is not about giving advice or telling you how to live your life. Instead, it offers you a regular time to slow down, to breathe, to explore your feelings, and make sense of what is happening in your life today. Our work together helps you develop self-awareness, healthier ways of coping and offers time to process difficult life events, past and present.
