Mental Health Crisis


A mental health crisis is when you feel at breaking point, and you need urgent help. You might be feeling suicidal, extremely anxious and having panic attacks or flashbacks. You might be having an episode of mania (feeling high) or psychosis (hearing voices or feeling paranoid).  

If you feel that you are in a mental health crisis or emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department. Alternatively you could call one of the following:

Your GP - ask for an emergency appointment
